425 cubic inch big block with fuel injection? I think something was lost in translation both from English to Deutsch, and from SAE to metric.
EDIT: Damn, I apparently don’t know nearly enough about old Cadillacs.
The 425 was offered in L33 form, with a four-barrel carburetor, producing 180 hp (134 kW) at 4000 rpm and 320 lbfft (430 Nm) of torque at 2000 rpm, and L35 with electronic port fuel injection for 195 hp (145 kW) and 320 lbfft (430 Nm) of torque, but peaked at 2400 rpm.

Weird. One similar one is constantly appearing in Finnish car gatherings . I have been wondering if it’s a home built conversion or made by some company . Slightly silly integration of the “wings” to the body kept me thinking about home built conversion but the existence of a sister car convinced that my first guess wasn’t the correct answer.
